Investigations in Latin America: Local Access Across Mexico, South America and the Caribbean
We investigate in Mexico, South America and the Caribbean for international clients. Before work starts, we confirm what each country lets us reach, so every scope is deliverable.
The jurisdictions we assess
Each assignment confirms access jurisdiction by jurisdiction.

- Other territories, each assessed individually
The route to evidence is checked before any timetable is promised.

Two cross-border focus areas
The Triple Frontier
Paraguay, Brazil and Argentina meet here, amid dense cross-border movement and trade.
The Oil Quadrilateral
Venezuela, Trinidad and Tobago, Guyana and Suriname: four distinct jurisdictions, one lens.
How access is confirmed
A jurisdiction check comes first.
Lawful sources and local capability are confirmed.
Your scope states where and how we work.
The general limits are set out in the jurisdiction notices.
Why local access decides the scope
A due diligence investigation, an asset trace or a corporate fraud investigation is only as good as the records and sources it can reach. Registers, court files and personal-data rules differ by country and by record, and documents appear in Spanish, Portuguese, English or Dutch.
That is why each proposal names the country, the registries and the likely official costs before work starts, and why our general limits are set out in the jurisdiction notices.
Questions about coverage
Which countries and territories do you cover?
Mexico, the South American countries listed above, and Trinidad and Tobago with other Caribbean territories assessed one by one. Belize is available on request. Local capability and lawful access are confirmed before you approve any scope.
Do you investigate the Triple Frontier and the Oil Quadrilateral?
Yes, as focus areas within our coverage. Paraguay, Brazil and Argentina meet at the Triple Frontier; the Oil Quadrilateral is our working term for Venezuela, Trinidad and Tobago, Guyana and Suriname. Each country is assessed under its own law.
Can you support our firm in the region as a partner?
Yes. Intelligence firms and global investigators instruct us for discreet local workstreams. You keep the client relationship and the direction of the mandate; white label delivery is available when agreed.
Can you investigate in the country where my counterparty operates?
Tell us the country, the subject and the decision at stake. Access to registers, court files and local sources differs by country and by record, so we check conflicts and lawful purpose first, then confirm what can be reached before proposing a scope.
