Professional Code of Ethics

ISSLA Risk Global Services LLC

Applicable to all staff, field agents, analysts, partners, and affiliated contractors

I. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

This Code of Ethics establishes the core principles of integrity, professionalism, legality, and accountability that govern the conduct of everyone operating under or on behalf of ISSLA Risk Global Services LLC.
It applies to:

  • Full-time and part-time staff

  • Field agents and investigators

  • Intelligence analysts

  • Strategic partners and collaborators

  • Independent contractors and third-party service providers

Compliance with this Code is mandatory and non-negotiable.

II. GUIDING PRINCIPLES

1. Absolute Integrity

We uphold honesty, loyalty, and transparency in all operations. No personal, organizational, or client-driven interest justifies unethical behavior.

2. Legality and Compliance

We comply fully with the laws and regulations of every jurisdiction in which we operate. We will never engage in unlawful or ethically questionable activities, even if requested or incentivized by clients.

3. Confidentiality

Information obtained in the course of our duties is strictly confidential. It must never be disclosed, leaked, or used for personal or commercial gain—whether during or after our engagement with ISSLA Risk.

4. Objectivity and Impartiality

Our analysis, reports, and recommendations are based solely on verifiable facts and sound methodologies. We reject manipulation, distortion, or omission of information under any circumstance.

5. Conflict of Interest Prevention

We must identify and disclose any personal, financial, or relational interest that could influence our professional judgment. We will recuse ourselves from any operation that presents a conflict.

6. Respect for Human Rights

We categorically reject:

  • Torture or coercion of any kind

  • Harassment, discrimination, or profiling

  • Illegal surveillance or intimidation

  • Any act that undermines human dignity

7. Ethical Use of Resources and Technology

We use OSINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, and other intelligence tools only within legal and ethical parameters. Unauthorized access to private networks, hacking, spyware deployment, or interception of communications is strictly forbidden.

8. Professional Conduct in the Field

All operational activity must be executed with discretion, prudence, and cultural sensitivity.
The use of false identities, undercover tactics, or social engineering must be:

  • Justified by operational necessity

  • Authorized by SIU (Special Investigations Unit) protocol

  • Compliant with local and international law

9. Rejection of Sanctioned or High-Risk Entities

ISSLA Risk will not accept contracts from or associate with individuals or organizations that appear on:

  • OFAC Sanctions List (U.S. Treasury)

  • United Nations Sanctions

  • Lists related to terrorism, human trafficking, organized crime, or human rights violations
    Due diligence is mandatory before engaging with new clients or partners.

III. OPERATIONAL COMMITMENT

All personnel working on behalf of ISSLA Risk pledge to:

  • Conduct operations with accuracy, integrity, and accountability

  • Represent ISSLA Risk in accordance with its values and legal obligations

  • Avoid any action that may damage the reputation or operational security of the organization

This commitment extends to all written reports, communications, and field activity.

IV. REPORTING & INTERNAL MECHANISMS

Violations of this Code must be reported without delay to the Ethics Committee. We strongly encourage the use of our internal reporting channel:

  • Strict confidentiality

  • No retaliation against whistleblowers

  • Independent investigation of every report

V. SANCTIONS AND CONSEQUENCES

Failure to comply with this Code may result in:

  • Immediate termination of contract or employment

  • Referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities

  • Permanent inclusion on ISSLA Risk’s internal ethics exclusion list

VI. VALIDITY AND ACCEPTANCE

This Code of Ethics becomes effective on August 1, 2025, and remains in force until amended or replaced. All staff, agents, and collaborators—new or existing—must:

✅ Comply fully and consistently with its principles
